Order Process
Order Process
Once we receive an order, we will source the items from our supplier. Order times will depend on supplier stock levels and shipping.
When your items arrive, they will be given to the pupil at their next lesson or to the parent/guardian at pickup/drop off.
If your order is a gift/surprise for a pupil, please do let us know so that it is not given directly to them. Similarly, if the gift is for a birthday/Christmas etc., please order with plenty of time prior to the event in the case of delayed shipping.
Please remember that Heights-wear orders will take up to 4 weeks due to the printing/personalisation process.
